I represented first level of support of total 3000 end user in Aljazeera Network in Qatar plus Aljazeera offices around the world by receiving request either by phone, email, ticketing system and personally. Working with employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution, Installing and configuring computer systems, Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults, Logging employee queries, Receive and record technical issues and application support calls from end users, Analyzing call logs to spot trends and underlying issues, Updating selfhelp documents so employees can try to fix problems themselves, Testing and fixing faulty equipment, Use Remote Access Technologies based on Citrix. Provide initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all support calls, Monitor daily backups. End user PC support and end user training and all the Hardware components required for a successful delivery of virtualization technology.

This project was for period of three month worked with professor from Texas University who’s specialized for social computing. Our task is for analytic and development “Facebook System User” in collaboration with others searcher. The project is work only with user profile who’s located in Middle East by checking location or home town in profile page. We did write a code to collect random user data by using specific words for Groups, Pages and Member. Collect each user make friend list for public by friend of friend. Summaries and develops plans for project or studies guidelines for project prepared by professional staff member to outline research procedures to be followed. I did write a code to crawl all profile user data to get as much as I can from Facebook user profile using platform of Python, PhantomJS, MongoDB and Web drive to analytics and get different statistic of result represented by Graphs. At the end of that I did make presentation and abstract to show our final report to other researchers and professors

I worked in two tasks, first one linking GP practices with hospitals by computer,thereby enabling patients to book hospital appointments from the GP’s surgery. The second one is to build new application to summaries all admin laborites and doctors needs in one application with different privilege area.Design, develop and implement of web applications that support day-to-day operations Develop technical solutions that definitively improve scalability, performance and security. Responsible for setting up an Information Technology network to provide PCs, printers, scanners and other equipment for over sixty personnel. The role included web development and troubleshoots, dealing with any IT problems that staff encountered. Ensure that the computer systems are working optimally and successfully. Make sure the compatibility of the hardware and software used by the company. It is also needed to ensure the safety and security of the company systems. Update and upgrade the systems regularly or in a timely manner, make sure that the network connections to the systems are up and functioning properly, design the computer systems accordingly to the needs. Checking system specifications, performing functional analysis and testing the computer applications.

Main responsibility is for design website, layout and coding of a website. Involved with the technical and graphical aspects of a website – how the site works and how it looks.
